The book ends with God's free gift of everlasting life and His great love for us. ( John 3:16) The last page is the prayer of invitation for the reader to sign and date upon receiving Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. What inspired the writing of this book?

"Sharing Jesus With Children Around the World" was penned through Lynne R. O'Quinn in early August, 2008. For many years, Lynne had worked in the entertainment industry as a writer. Upon surrendering her life to the Lord, Lynne chose to leave her career behind to serve the Lord. God chose to take away Lynne's writing abilities. (She always told Him if He ever decided to give this talent back, she would write for His glory) Lynne's new life and work included leadership with Bible Study Fellowship; District Consulting Coordinator with Stonecroft Ministries; church leadership and Sunday school teacher; area Bible studies leader.

In the spring of 2008, God placed upon Lynne's heart the desire to prepare a children's Bible study. ("Who Is Jesus"/Stonecroft Ministries) As she was working on this study, Lynne was burdened with the need to share the gospel and love of Jesus Christ with all children of the world. This became a daily prayer, asking God to provide the way and means to tell children of His love.

Early one August morning, God answered. This is what Lynne shares in her testimony . . .

" . . . I had a dream in the early morning hours. In this dream, I saw a white room - it had no boundaries. There was one white desk in the center of the room. There was a man dressed in "shimmery" white, I saw no face I can recall. I came running into the room and said, "I'm sorry I'm late." The man replied, "That's alright - you're here now." He then handed me a piece of paper. I remember a fear and panic coming over me. I handed the paper back to him and said, "I can't do this. God took my writing talent away." The man handed it back to me and said, "You don't understand. This IS your assignment from God." I took the piece of paper in my hand and that is when I woke up. Upon wakening, I "heard" God speak to me. He said, "Get up and go write." It was so clear . . . I didn't question why I was leaving my cozy bed and sleep this early in the morning. I just knew that was what I was being called to do. I got up, went downstairs - I did make coffee! - and sat at the table with pad and pen. I said, "OK, God, here I am. What do I write?!" I then wrote "sharing salvation with children" at the top of the page. Then, the words just came flooding out! They came faster than I could write them! The entire book, "Sharing Jesus With Children Around The World" was written in about 45 minutes or less. Not one word has been changed or edited. It is just as God gave it to me."

That is how this book came to be written. Through prayer and faith, His Little Ones Ministry, Inc. was "born" to help carry God's Word to children of the world. God is author, publisher and distributor of this book, for it is His. We stand on faith that God will place it in the hands of whom He has planned to receive it.
